Yesterday after work went met up with the Akatsuki celebrate on the member’s birthday.
Happy Birthday Ting Zhen!

:: The petite Ray must be feeling damn sad!::

As promised earlier, daddy bought back 4 DA ZHA XIE, also known as the Hairy crabs! It cost 70 dollars per crab in a famous chinese restaurant and I am considered quite lucky get to eat it at home =)

It cost 170 dollars if we bought back 6 small crabs and cook ourself!

What makes this season crabs expensive? This crab only grow in fresh water lake in China and one can cost 1000 buck per crab,depends on clean the “shrine” is.

Anyway, it is not difficult to prepare the delicate crustaceans…

:: Boil the Herb::

:: Cover it with a stand::

:: Wash the crab::
:: Followed by placing the crab on the stand and let the hot steam penetrate every angle of the crab::

Alright, I sense people are jealous of how fortunate I am get to eat the rare jewels… please don’t slap me ok ( i got serious bad complexion soon)
